Can't recommend Brett enough, was stuck a few days before Christmas in the evening when the whole locking mechanism on my front door packed in at once. Within 45 minutes of speaking to him he was out with us. Quickly identified the issue and was able to solve it there and then replacing all the necessary parts.

Very polite and approachable, clearly explained everything he was doing and very reasonably priced from what else I could find online.

What a fantastic service. After our front door lock gearbox broke on Wednesday morning I was unable to either lock or unlock the door leaving the front door open, so I was unable to leave for work. I rang Moorland Locksmiths and Brett was there within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, provided a quote and fitted a temporary night latch so that the door could be secured. He returned on Thursday and fitted the new UPVC lock and leaver mechanism and would not leave until the job was to a perfect standard. If you are ever in the need for a brilliant and friendly Locksmith at reasonable prices then I would definitely recommend Brett at Moorland Locksmiths. 11 out of 10. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+

Amazing service. Brett was recommended after our back door failed to open although it being unlocked. Within 20 minutes the door was opened and the problem was found. Everything was fixed, and double checked to make sure the door fully closed and locked. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Contacted on a Sunday and he called out to look at what was wrong with my rear UPVC door lock.Found fault and made sure we could lock and unlock until he ordered part. It arrived and was fitted on Wednesday as good as new. Excellent quality of service friendly and helpful

Emailed Brett to come to help with a grinding lock. Brett arrived on time, took the time to figure out the problem and left the door working and cleaned.
We've had this issue before and had previously used a different company who charged us a large call out fee and didn't find the root of the problem, so 2 months later we are in the same position. This time I decided to try someone else and I'm so glad I did. Brett was determined to not just give a quick fix but to actually help, I guess only time will tell if it's a long term fix but I wouldn't hesitate to get Brett back, as he was clearly dedicated to his profession and took pride in his work. Price was much fairer and without the callout fee. Highly recommend.
