Calmer option than other services, and plenty of indoor seating. Did not have that horrible hectic crammed atmosphere of most services. However extremely poor choice of hot food options. M&S and Pret had nothing hot. Disappointed on a freezing cold sleeting night. Also terrible mobile phone signal and have to give loads of data away for Wi-Fi.

A nice sized services with a variety of shops.
There's indoor and outdoor seating too.
Fuel is on the way out.
A few electric charge points available, with some options for fast charging.
The toilets were clean and it's an easy services to find, and easy to get out from.
Just as services should be.

This place is super cool and having many restaurants and shops including WH Smith. West Cornwall Pasty is just before entrance and the pasties are super tasty. Also , It has enough parking space and many electric car charging stations as well . Overall the service station is clean and there are many chairs outside to sit and relax .

Visited Moto earlier on the morning of 8th October 2024. The toilets were clean and well maintained, which was great to see. However, when I went to Costa for a cup of coffee to have in, I was told they donโ€™t offer that option because the dishwasher was broken. This feels like a poor excuse, as it seemed no one was willing to wash the cups manually. Itโ€™s disappointing, especially when Moto and Costa are promoting recycling together. The lack of effort to support their own sustainability message is hypocritical and undermines their campaign. What a joke!

Went to Costa and Eva the Trainee Manager went above and beyond when it came to my allergies. Best service Iโ€™ve received from a Costa. Seriously!! I wasnโ€™t made to feel like I was putting anyone out. She was very informative and I appreciated that she asked questions about it.

Not a bad services, about 40 minutes toward Birmingham up the M40 from the M25. Better than Oxford services. There are a number of traffic lights before you get back on the northbound carriage way. However, good parking by the entrance, lots of ev charge points, 3 Costa Coffees and a Costa drive thru. Toilets are clean, showers available and indoor and outdoor seating

Good services to stop at. Nice and clean, lots of parking, plenty of food choices during the day, not so much at night, which is understandable. My most recent stop here was close to midnight on a Saturday night or Sunday morning, at which time I think there was only really M&S operating as a food vendor from what I could see then.
