After our car was damaged in an accident, our insurance Company put us in touch with Motofix for the the repair. From the moment Motofix contacted us with regard to a date for the repair to be carried out, we have nothing but praise. All the staff we dealt with were most helpful and courteous. They even contacted us several times during the repair to keep us informed about the progress. When they returned the car to us we were absolutely delighted with the outcome of the repair. Motofix did a phantastic job and we would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone. Thank you and well done to all the staff.

Unfortunately, I hit a deer, which caused a lot of damage to the front, left of my car.
My insurance company put me in touch with Motofix Aldershot and they promptly called me to arrange my car being collected and a courtesy car dropped off. Every, single person, from the first phone call, to the person dropping off the courtesy car, to the updates on the progress of the work being carried out, was AMAZING!
I love good service and sadly it can sometimes be rare, these days, so I feel when you get service as good as this, it deserves shouting about.
Over all, it took just over a week to fix my car and it was dropped back, looking amazing, like new and sparkling clean too. I had a courtesy car for the whole time, which was collected when mine was dropped back.
Thank you so much Motofix! I will recommend you to everyone I can!

The ladies in reception were friendly and patient with me. Courtesy car was great, clean and efficient checking me in to use it.
Annoyed that somehow Enterprise Rental were given my information and called me three times to sell me an upgraded hire car.
But the staff at Motofix were great and damage fixed within a day.
My car was cleaned inside and out before being returned which was much appreciated.

Recently unfortunately someone reversed into my car , he managed to damage the two doors on the driver side, to me it wasn’t to bad , my car went to Motofix i think 9/10 days , it was collected at a convenient time, they advised me on a rough time period for the repair, at all times through the process it was updated on the app and by phone when necessary , I collected my car this afternoon and I’m honestly so pleased , they have done a excellent job on it , this wasn’t my go to body shop but I cannot fault them , professional and helpful, I left my courtesy car there for enterprise to collect.
I was lucky who hit my car left his details, if you’re looking for a body shop I’d highly recommend them

Great service!!! I was unfortunately a victim of theft, someone decided to steal something from my car. My car was collected and taken to motofix for repair and I had a courtesy car in return. They were absolutely amazing. Constant updates and didn't take long at all. I was so surprised as I was told by others the part was hard to get hold of. Thank you so much for all your help. Repaired tornado damage perfectly. Many thanks or so I thought until badge and door trims started to come off, bobbles in paint on door. To cut a long story short I'm now on my 4th return visit to get my car properly sorted as one of the new door trims was defective.
