My partner used this company many years ago and said how friendly and helpful they were, so I contacted them regarding installing a stereo in a new car which had a very unique wiring configuration. Despite me turning up at nearly closing time - as I finish work late - Theo was kind enough to take a quick look at both stereos and led me through to the office. Within seconds he'd found the exact £60 adaptor I needed from a business in Exeter. He let me take a photo of the part and that was it, no charge. Just installed the adaptor now (plug and play) and the new stereo works perfectly. Wouldn't have known WHAT to buy without this kind gesture. Really great service, helped out even though there was nothing in it for them! 🙂

Had a high end audison stereo stysem fitted to a MB Sprinter campervan conversion in 2020. The backup received with audison when this went wrong four years later was superb. Replaced a tweeter and re-tuned all FOC. Arranged through Theo locally with Lee at Audison; this was seemless. Cannot praise their customer service highly enough. From this initial experience I then arranged a tow bar to be fitted to my MB GLA. Great service again and at a competitive price. Would recommend highly.

Fantastic job, they removed the aftermarket immobiliser from my E92 BMW and I couldn't be happier, very professional and knowledgeable, quality of service is top notch and the price was excellent value.
