The friendliest service I've ever received in a phone/repair shop by an absolute mile. The gentleman that works here is a proper, kind-hearted fella.

Repair pricing and turnaround time is incredibly reasonable and better than anywhere else around at £40 less than Timpsons for a screen replacement and all the work done in-house rather than needing to send the phone away.

Cannot stress enough how nice the chap working there was. I use my phone for work and had come in after accidentally doing catastrophic damage to my phone (completely smashed & badly bent it). Came in with a broken phone, walked out with a working phone for an excellent price.

The reviews are legit, the 5* reputation is genuinely deserved.

I came in today with some old flip phones that I was hoping to recover the photos from. The service I was then provided with was incredible. He went above and beyond to make this happen for me, and I have now got old photos back! Would absolutely recommend, such kind, wonderful service.

Had an amazing experience today at movil zone. Really friendly customer service, and speedy service for the repair of my phone! I came in not knowing what was wrong and came out with a brand new battery and had a really great experience! He explained everything so I knew exactly what was going on in the process and made me feel so comfortable with him working on my phone. Would 100% recommend everybody go here with any queries with devices! Thankyou so much

Amazing service! We popped in to get the battery changed on a Samsung S21 and it was done in 2 hours for an absolute reasonable price. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back.

I went in there to get a case and screen protector and they did a really good job. The screen protector had all air bubbles removed (the last place I went didn't remove them all) and the kid in there helped me find a really good, affordable case. Would recommend.
