We all know that feeling, when a bit of tech decides it doesn’t want to work *just* when you need it most…. Did a quick search online for local places that fix Apple products and came across MR who are pretty local to me. Greeted by Marshall who was calm and courteous from the outset, immediately knew what to do - and had my problem fixed in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service and extremely knowledge, charming staff. Highly recommend!

Incredibly helpful team offering high quality support and repairs. They are an official apple service partner so don't expect cheap repairs but if you want it done right.... They've replaced an iphone battery (under warranty), a Macbook air screen and fixed a couple of problems for me. The repairs were always done quickly (less than the quoted time). They also offer a ten minute free consultation so if its something simple - no charge!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took my new MacBook Pro in for repair after water damage, spent over £700 replacing various parts, and was given the laptop back in a worse state than I dropped it off, with a massive scratch across the top casing. When I pointed out the damage sustained during the repair, I was firstly told I must have caused it (I didn't), and then told it was "just cosmetic" so I needed to fork out an additional £700 to have the entire screen and top case replaced (neither of which were damaged at the point I brought my laptop in to them). I made a complaint in store (nothing was documented by MR Systems, although luckily I took my own photos as evidence), and then called Apple, who told me not to have further work done with the company but to bring my laptop in to an Apple Store for further assessment. On taking it to the Apple Store I was told that Mr Systems had not followed Apple procedures during the repair, as they should have taken photos and made detailed notes of the condition of equipment when it comes into the store for repair. Apple then proceeded to replace parts on my MacBook Pro that Mr Systems had already charged me to replace a few days earlier (one part, the keyboard and bottom case costing £500), which leads me to believe that Mr Systems not only caused further damage to my laptop by scratching it, but also did shoddy (or no repair at all) on my bottom case and keyboard as Apple replaced that part again, at further cost to me.

When I flagged all of this with Mr Systems in an email exchange today, I was told that the fact that I chose a partial rather than full repair with themselves is the reason my laptop got cosmetic damage (caused by them), and is also the reason that the same part then had to be replaced by Apple and both of which meant they will be offering me no compensation for the cosmetic damage to the top case or the shoddy repair to the bottom case and keyboard. They also cited that Apple insisting that I bring the laptop in to them for inspection means my complaint is no longer in their jurisdiction, even though my complaint is regarding the damage that they, and not Apple, caused. The fact that I chose not to have the logic board replaced has absolutely nothing to do with a massive scratch they caused to the top case of my new laptop, nor does it have anything to do with the fact that I have now had to pay to have my keyboard replaced, twice. The lack of sense extends to the managers email response to me, a screenshot of which is attached here in anticipation of them denying any of this.

DO NOT take anything of value here, you are much better off taking it to an Apple Store directly, you will receive better customer service, and better care will be taken with your equipment. All of this has been reported to Apple.

The tech repair guy (I think his name was Marshall) was really great, he managed to fix my phone so quickly and offered great advice.

I haven't given 5 stars, as when I walked in, the person sat behind the desk, without even looking at my phone told me I'd likely need to pay for a new phone, and the possibility of opening my phone up, which was a complete possibility, but given it ended up 10 minutes to fix, was adding undue concern.

Excellent service, promptly and courteously carried out while in store. Had resigned myself to getting a new iPad as charging port was blocked, which is generally something that can’t be dealt with. But they sorted it! Big thanks to Chris 😊

This place is absolutely amazing! I went in right before they closed last week as I thought my laptop had completely died when banana from my bag got squashed into it! They were so kind, managed to fix it super quickly, and even helped me back up my files after 🙂

Would recommend to anyone and I will definitely be going back next time I manage to break something! Absolute life savers - thank you again 🙂

I went today ti fix my sons phone as he forgot the password, i was amazed how polite and helpful was Louis, the phone was fixed in less the 10 minutes, if we had more people like Louis the world will be much better.
