Ivan was super friendly, professional, highly qualified and extremely speedy, accommodating our need for a quick repair on (ancient) MacBook hinges which had snapped off! He provided same-day service from drop off to pick up, and not only fixed the mangled hinges and replaced the wiring, but also thoroughly cleaned the internals, replaced a broken key, replaced thermal paste, gave the LCD an amazing polish, and replaced the rubber surround. All for a really reasonable price and he explained everything very clearly. Our 10 year old Mac now looks immaculate and is running brilliantly. We will be returning to Ivan again when we need any Mac repairs done, his customer service is wonderful.

I had an intermittent issue with my the screen on my 2015 Macbook Pro. First, Apple just wanted to sell me a brand new one and then said if they were to repair the MBP, there would only be a 3 month warranty and it would be a special order part. Ivan took a look and went for the cheapest option first as a new screen means replacing more parts than needed. After a thorough investigation, my fault was fixed, MBP cleaned up and left working.
