I had to change my phone screen protector and beard Guy sorted it out for me especially ordered the protector and installed it ,there’s few that only allow fingerprints and this one did with glasses protection, great service and assistance from beard Guy ..🙌

Do not go to this place!!! I had a terrible experience whereby I bought an adaptor for my laptop. I went back to my hotel to use and I found that it didn’t work properly so I decided to return it. Before returning it I went to another store close (Robert Dyas) by where I found an adaptor that was half the price so I decided to buy that one before returning the one I bought to this store. The shop owner tried the adaptor and it my surprise it worked (I believe there was an issue with the plug in my hotel which is why it didn’t work initially). Anyway I still wanted to return it as Robert Dyas plug was cheaper. The shop owner did not want to honor my return and grant me a refund immediately blaming me that I was a lier for saying the plug didn’t work and he started yelling at and threatening me asking which hotel I stay at and where I bought the other plug from. He continued to refuse the refund I was owed. After a big argument with him I told him that I have the right to return items I bought within 14 days as this is the law under the consumer protection act in the UK. He did not want to honour that and said I must claim the refund with my bank. After arguing and shouting about this he eventually realized that I was right and that I was entitled to a refund and the fact that I had found a cheaper plug elsewhere was entirely irrelevant ( not to mention my hotel stay). He concluded that he would refund me as he said he is a Muslim and he is doing me a favor. I’m not quite sure how that’s relevant as he clearly abuses me in the first case by not honoring my right to get a refund of the plug and secondly threatening me by asking which hotel I stay in and where I bought the other plug from. This was a terrible experience and I hope that no one encounters this shop as he is clearly trying to catch our customers probably those tourists in the local area which his business is aimed at.
