I can't recommend Natalya James Bridal enough! About 12 months before my wedding day, I started the hunt for my wedding dress. After a few overwhelming experiences at other places, I found my way to Natalya's boutique, and it was a complete game-changer.

From the moment I walked into her beautiful boutique, I felt at ease. I went with my mum, maid of honour, and mother-in-law-to-be, and we had the most special, memorable morning. Natalya’s relaxed and welcoming approach was exactly what I needed. She offered her expert advice but really let me go at my own pace, which made the whole process feel so much more enjoyable.

Although I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, I ended up falling in love with the most incredible dress. It was unique and unlike anything I had ever seen, and I had so many guests at the wedding saying they’d never seen a dress like it. I've even had people reach out asking where I got it from!

As Natalya creates bespoke dresses, she was also able to make alterations to my dress, which was amazing. I had three fittings, and each time, she took her time to ensure everything was perfect, which made me feel so confident in my choice.

If you want a relaxed, intimate experience when shopping for your wedding dress, I would absolutely recommend Natalya. Her boutique is stunning, and she is truly such a lovely person. xx

Natalya made me the most beautiful dress!!!! I bought a dress that needed quite a few adjustments and changes to make it the dress of my dreams! The dress fit perfectly and had 2 sets of removable sleeves. I could not recommend Natalya enough!!

As an October 2024 bride I got in contact with Natalya James at the end of 2023 to start the process of finding my perfect wedding dress and it couldn’t have been made more easy and enjoyable. Natalya was a great help throughout the whole dress journey and made it a very smooth process. As someone who was very nervous about this part of the wedding planning, I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend for any future brides!

By chance I came across Natalya's shop when planning on shopping for my wedding dress. The first time visiting Natalya, she was happy for me to look through all the dresses and choose which I wanted to try. she had a great range of dresses from ones she made herself, british designers and some bigger designer brands. It only took four dresses until I found the one! Natalya also gave great advice on any personal adjustments I wanted to make.
Throughout the process she made sure I was happy with all alterations and also helped with accessories and altering bridesmaids dresses. We always had the shop to ourselves and never felt rushed at any point. I am so happy with my dress and would recommend any brides to be to come here as the service is excellent. I will even be returning for my dress to be cleaned and boxed!
