Need One Soon have done various jobs for us over the years—everything from renovating our bathroom to replacing a manhole cover, and a long list of complex decorating/odd jobs in between! John has managed all of our building projects from start to finish since he was first recommended to us in 2010. These include a ground floor extension to create a kitchen diner in a property in a conservation area, an attic conversion/extension with en suite and finally, the conversion of an outhouse into a home office. He and his team are great to work with, always delivering projects to the highest standards, whilst keeping to budgets and timescales and accommodating those requests that really personalise a space, for example, most recently sourcing an antique door with reeded glass and also an antique porcelain door knob for my home office.
Importantly, John is incredibly accessible and happy to talk through and deal with any issues as they crop up. Having John as the main point of contact, with him taking on the responsibility of coordinating the team of professionals and the work that needs to be done to deliver the project, is a great help.
