Great service. I accidently wiped over my 2TB hard drive that had a decade of personal data held on it. They managed to recover all the files and folders thankfully. I wasn't in a rush so it took about 2 days I think in total from drop-off to being available for collection. Definitely would use again.

When my daughter's MacBook screen broke while on vacation, we knew we would be visiting St Albans along the way, so I searched the internet for a repair shop. I found Netizens and Rob (and the already great reviews) from google and emailed about a repair. Over the course of the week leading up to our trip to St Albans, Rob and I emailed a few times. He got the details of the MacBook, pre-ordered the screen so it would arrive at the same time we did, and he could fix it in a timely fashion. We took the computer in on Saturday morning and he had the screen replaced in a couple of hours. Rob was very communicative over email, and ensured we got the MacBook fixed as quickly as possible.
