Had a car issue whilst on holiday. Found this garage via Google as we didnt know the area. We just turned up, hoping they'd be able to fix it at their earliest convenience, but before we were due to travel a long journey home. We were diagnosed, the part ordered and car repaired in a couple of hours. Absolutely fantastic service, would definately recommend this garage, great friendly people. Thankyou so much

First time using New Bridge garage but; won’t be the last. Customer service is excellent! Staff are very knowledgeable and explain things in an easy to understand manner for those like me who aren’t mechanically minded. Repairs are carried out promptly without delay and came in cheaper than quoted.

Could not recommend a better garage, after my engine light coming on last night I called up today at lunchtime, as my mum suggested this garage as she's been going for years, and by 4pm my car was ready to be picked up! Thomas is by far the best mechanic around, he is lovely and friendly, reliable, trustworthy and his prices are amazing. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else after today😍 thank you so much again! Life saver😁

Outstanding service! I’d hit a manhole and a panel under my car came loose, we were on holidays and I’d no idea how bad the damage was. Called these guys at 7:30, went down at 9am and all was fixed in 15mins. Wouldn’t take a penny. It really made my day. Great friendly, professional service. Thanks Thomas!
