It was Sunday morning and my other half’s front tire was a bit flat. Went to Norfolk garage Ltd and they were ready to help very quick while we waited. A family friendly service with good customer service and a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience went in for a flat tyre and came out with a battered alloy. They do not own a proper tyre stripping machine and use hammer and chisels. I showed them a picture of my wheel before they “fixed” it and still refused to take responsibility even though they are fully aware they damaged this they tyre went flat again after 3 days anyway never ever again

Phoned to change 2 bushes on the tyre quoted £250 with me providing parts! Thief's I only called because I see a advert on Facebook about how good it is. Ended up getting done for £100 at a fantastic reputable garage. Not nice to do it because you hear a woman's voice

I went here to have a Oil and Filter sevice plus a 54 point check over on my Audi A3. I phoned only the day before and a gentleman named Adrian booked me in for today. Very easy to find on a popular industrial estate just off Guardian Road in Norwich. I was grreted and offered a seat in the comfortable upstairs waiting area.
A technician named Robert carried out the work, he was very thorough. He also plugged in a diagnostic tool to reset the service schedual, stamped my service book. He advised me that perhaps prior to the next MOT I might consider replacing the rear brake pads but he also said they do not require immediate attention. Before I left I made a point of introducing myself to the "Boss" a man named Tony. He was very professional, thanked me for my business. In turn I told him how refreshing it was to have met such a hard working efficient team. Great Value, They can do all manner of work fro replacing tyres to full engine and gearbox rebuilds. With main dealer prices being so high these days I would certainly recomend Norfolk Garage Ltd to anyone. Thank you. You will see me again !

There is no doubt this garage is the best arround Norfolk.. after couple of bad experiences with other places .. this garage sort my car M.O.T in same day and all issues been resolved at unbeatable costs...
My car is been looked after by Gabi .. and for sure is fastest real mechanic I've ever seen.... and that reduced my bill as the garage charges by hour rate..
I would recommend to anyone in rush to use this garage.
