Sam the owner is fantastic!
He can fix any device. He has repaired my I-phone SE which had a smashed front and back. He also fixed my I-phone 11 pro for several issues, such as a broken microphone, Replacing a broken screen and replacing a battery. He is fast with his repairs usually has the replacement parts in stock and is very fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend Sam and this shop. This is an honest review from a customer with multiple devices within a family home that inevitably get damaged from time to time.

Amazing service from the staff member at this shop. Smashed the screen of my work iPhone 15 phone and he offered to replace for an original screen for £70 which is great value and as if its in brand new condition. Gave an extra tip too for the great work. Would highly recommend this place for device repairs.

I wanted to give 5 stars but I can’t. Phone screen replaced quickly and at short notice so thanks for that. Expensive but essential. I was upsold to include a screen protector but this was of very poor quality, super thick plastic that meant the screen was really slow to react. Thought this was due to phone damage at first but after a couple days the screen protector cracked and a few days later the adhesive gave up. Useless and a waste of money. Don’t sell these to people.

My keyboard went wrong on my Macbook Pro. Took it into OM Tech and within minutes they immediately found the problem. They ordered a new keyboard in and once it arrived it was done within a couple of hours.

Brilliant service and even with official Apple parts being used (new keyboard) undoubtedly a lot cheaper than taking it to an Apple Store.

Sam is very responsive and always helpful when I contact him (usually in a panic), going above and beyond to ensure that I am able to function again as quickly as possible after the failure of whichever device has let me down. He's even helped me remotely when out of the country, offering me assistance for which he'll never receive any financial benefit. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
