Our laptop computer had slowly over a number of years morphed into a very expensive paperweight . We found James on the Checkatrade site and from the first point of contact we were instilled with confidence . Communication is key for a busy household like ours . James kept us well informed all the way through the repair over several visits . We were given a quote for the repair on the first visit and that's exactly what we paid on completion on the second visit . James is very knowledgeable , and was very patient passing on that knowledge to an ageing technophobe like myself !! Super service .

My computer finally failed me a week or so before Christmas with all the food shop to confirm, (panic,) the same day a freebie magazine landed on my door mat and inside I found James, called him and he visited my home the next day. Very quickly sorted out my problem, added some more ram and we discussed my computer going forward. As my computer will not support Windows 11 we have decided that James will replace my computer in the spring. James is very computer literate and knowledgable whilst being able to put you at ease as to what needs to be done. He will definitely be my go to should I need further help In the future!

James is very personable and travelled further than he normally does, to accomodate me, which I appreciated as he was referred to me by a satisfied customer.

He set up my new laptop and synched it with my iphone and ipad, sorting out some annoying niggles along the way. He increased my security and explained everything as he went. Finally, he left me some security documents I might need in future.

Lovely chap, I wholly recommend him to any other small business. or to someone at home struggling with this kind of problem!
