It was a bit strange to charge me with the items that I never ordered from the customer service name Mike. I ask for the invoice but he never provided and told me it will take a couple of days for the refund of the items I didn’t order, even the delivery driver is trying to convince me that those things were needed so that he didn’t need to take it back (in what language do I need to explain myself that I only want the items I’ve ordered) new management and incompetent staffs I guess! Very disappointing.

We use these guys for various products and they’re, friendly, very helpful and sensibly priced. On top of all that one of their delivery drivers stopped to help change the wheel on my wife’s car after he noticed it was flat as a pancake… Greatly appreciated, thanks to whomever that was!! 🙏👍

Ordered over the phone and delivery arranged quickly. Great price and good quality material, although there was a split piece that was exchanged without question. However, the star of the show for me was Charlie who delivered the decking. A very helpful young man with a quiet sense of humour who didn't even want a cup of tea or coffee for his efforts! We have brought a lot of fencing from here over the years and have always found them super helpful. We brought a lot of fencing last October and they also kindly made me a single pergola. At this point they couldn't have been more accommodating. I wanted to match it but when I contacted them unfortunately I had a different experience (new management maybe?). Not very helpful and when they did agree to supply another pergola it did not arrive on agreed delivery day or the next one. Phoned and the guy I spoke to was lovely on phone and it did come out that day but the ends of the top post were not shaped as discussed. Disappointing!
