Oxford gas maintenance came round to have a look at my boiler. He had a look at the system and repaired the issue. Unfortunately the issue returned and the gentleman returned had a look into things and gave some advice on what to do next without charging for a return visit. Seems like a honest company who want to solve the issue and not just after your money.

I had booked in a boiler service and gas safety check. An engineer visited for a brief 5 minutes, but the service could not be performed due to a damaged wall connected to the flue, which was deemed a safety issue. Unfortunately, I was still charged the full amount. This was really disappointing, especially since I now have to pay someone else to complete the service. I understand that a fee for your time may be warranted, and I appreciate the offer of a discount on a revisit, but overall, I was left feeling cheated. I don’t think I’ll be using this company again.
