Very disappointment experience worst customer service and worst store in Oxford please avoid This store

I recently had a disappointing experience at Oxford mobile and computer Limited in Temple square I feel compelled to share. During my visit, I encountered an unprofessional store manager who displayed a concerning lack of customer service skills. To my dismay, he raised his voice at my companions and me, which was not only unexpected but also quite off-putting.

Furthermore, when I inquired about various items, he was unwilling to show all available products, limiting our options significantly. Additionally, I found that many items were priced considerably higher than what I have seen on other platforms; for example, an item listed for £8 on Amazon was priced at £20 in this store. This lack of competitive pricing raises questions about the store's value proposition.

Moreover, I noted that the manager's command of English was limited, further complicating communication. The overall lack of etiquette in addressing customers was alarming and contributed to a very negative shopping experience.

In summary, I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider visiting Oxford mobiles and computer Ltd. My experience was marked by poor service, high prices, and an overall lack of professionalism. I, for one, will not return.
