Having used here for various products from vape liquid to a new mobile device,the customer service is impeccable. Always polite and the gentleman that usually serves me admitted he knew little about the product as he doesn't vape.I purchased the Smok Novo2 kit and 4 liquids.After only 7 days it stopped working.I went in and explained I might have the receipt at home,but he did recall my previous visit.It took less than 10 min to walk out with a replacement device,so happy.However unable to register the product for warranty so a little dubious,I will see how long this one lasts.

The shop is a sham. Very rude customer service. If you give them your desk top for repairs in trust they take out all new parts and replace with inferior parts. On top of that when u find it and tell them .They threaten you and abuse you and tell u to get out of the shop.
I am reporting my case to police now.
I will not touch them with a barge pole.
In fact there are other friends and colleagues in Middleton who have had the same experience.
I am asking them to share their experiences and write reviews.
