Took my son's laptop to Steve today at 10am as he opened. Job done before lunchtime. Brilliant service and not expensive. No wonder he has so many great reviews. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and he is now my 'goto' guy for any computer problems. Thanks Steve, GREAT JOB!

I can’t tell you how grateful I am to Steve from Fix IT- I thought at the very least, my SSD had suffered a catastrophic failure and I had lost some files, not easily replaced. Fearing the worst, I gave Steve my PC on Friday at about 4.30pm and at around 12 am Saturday morning Steve called to say he’d fixed my PC and I could pick it up – now, in my book, that deserves at least 6 out of 5 stars for service and another 5 stars at least for recovering my OS and files. Steve certainly seems to know his stuff, so I know who I’m gonna call next time my tech has issues. Thanks Steve – Highley recommend.

What can I say Steve knows is trade very well. I purchased a new laptop and Steve placed all my data from my old laptop onto the new one but that wasn't all I thought I'd lost all my music from my old ipod classic which is very sentimental to me. He regained my tracks and installed them onto the ipod. I couldn't thank him enough. The ipod is very special to me that money cannot buy. Thank you Steve for an amazing job you've done..

Outstanding customer service from this PC and laptop repair shop. Technician went over and above to fix my Surface Pro problem and patiently explained every step of what he was doing. Sorted out the problem whilst I waited, and at a really reasonable price. This guy definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

I have used PC & Laptop Fix It on several occasions over the last few years.

In the past Steve has stopped me wasting money by advising me to buy equipment at a lower price than I had been prepared to pay. Apparently I was looking to buy equipment that was of a higher spec than necessary for my requirements.

Steve has successfully repaired my old computer on several occasions, but has never tried to push me into buying a new computer from him.

I have always found Steve very pleasant and easy to deal with, and despite my very basic IT knowledge he always shows a great deal of patience when explaining how I could resolve the issues I have been having.

I must say that having read some recent reviews, I do not recognise Steve as the person (it would appear to be one person using several aliases) they are referring to.

The nasty and vicious attacks are a long way from from what I have experienced in my visits to his shop. Please disregard the reviews and see for yourself.

I spent 5.5 hours on to Microsoft 2nd line support with a windows 10 problem. Result - all apps deleted, no fix and an email link/instructions that could very easily wiped out all my files. It took Steve 15 minutes to resolve the issue. Steve is a very experienced, knowledgable and friendly - wish I had found him sooner. Very highly recommended.

Want to place on record what a great job Steve did for us today
Initially he listened to my problems over the phone and plan of action was set up.
Dropped off some devices this morning which Steve sorted and I picked them up this afternoon.
We set a date up for home visit to finish the work , but I got a phone call to say he had freed up time and could come tonight.
He arrived early and sorted everything out.

My laptop has been running slow for the last few months and it's been driving me crazy. I was recommended by a friend to see Steve at Fix IT after he had done some work for them.

I cannot recommend him enough. He was quick to diagnose the problem and I got the machine back the same day which I was never expecting! Really reasonably priced and friendly staff. Will be using again.
