Amazing place to come too, I was a little nervous at first due to past issues with laptop places but when speaking to the guy over the phone about my gaming laptop he was very clear and honest in what he could and couldn’t do.
I brought my laptop in the same day, which was only a couple days ago..great with updating you and very trust worthy!!
This place will try everything to find out what the issue is with your laptop if it’s hard to detect at no extra charge for their time which I believe they should because I’m very thankful they try rather then just give up like other places I have experienced at…they’ll say over the phone they can do it, take a Quick Look and won’t even attempt to just take the back off and double check where these guys do to make sure they haven’t missed anything.
The price is perfect, I mean I was expecting to be charged a lot especially after finding out what his had to do so far but no…again which I’m incredibly thankful for! Highly recommend and will 100% come back if I have any future problems with my electricals!

I haven’t picked up my laptop yet which iv been told I can do but I felt the need to write my review!

Fantastic experience this place should be the number 1 place to go to! I left my Alienware M15 R4 (bought for £2600) with these gentlemen today. I had to have my fans cleaned out and I was too scared to do it myself & Currys PC world gave me a quote of £100 and a 7 day timeframe where they had to keep the laptop with them. Instead I had a quote of £35 and a mere 4 hour waiting time at PC Laptop Repairs! The gentlemen cleaned the fans and made them just like brand new I had some other issues when I got home but after a quick call I went back into the store and the person was very helpful and fixed my issue. No issues at all now and no damages or anything like that, if you have a gaming laptop and need the fans cleaned this is the place to be they do other services too.
