Great and friendly service. They changed my laptop cover within a day or so at a reasonable and much lower rate than some other outlets. They were transparent on the risk and what they could (not) do. I will return there when I need IT repair.

A very good value for money.
I needed to transfer all my data from my desktop computer( which finally stopped working due to old age) onto my laptop.
I also needed to sync my printer & add Clickfree.
I had a dozen other questions & Helal was SO patient. He answered all my questions ( I'm not very computer literate ) & at no time did he show any irritation or impatience. Helal explained everything in an easy to understand way. He is an excellent Ambassador for PCMacgicians.

Definitely recommend this business! After being told by another repair shop in the area to 'buy another Macbook', the service here was so wonderful. They cleared up the necessary space on Macbook Air to update software for me. Lots of helpful tips and really reasonable.

It's the second time I bring an iMac to PC Magicians to upgrade a HDD to SDD (which definitely speeds up your machine).
The service is flawless, perfect, no bad surprises.

We had an issue with the latest upgrade, probably due to some corrupted (or outdated) applications re-installed on the iMac.

At first the team and I thought it could have been a motherboard failure, which would have required a new spare part (which they said they would have installed at cost if we had to order the part).

In the end, they reinstalled the OS (I had a full backup of the files), carried out some tests for a few days and the iMac is now working, without the need of further expenses. I'm about to reinstall applications & files.

PC Magicians are one of the most ethical companies I've ever met. It's such a pleasure to deal with people like them!

Highly recommended. I'll be back if I need their assistance!

Amazing service!!
The big surprise for me was the consultants answer unto Apple Store : "We can not help you recover your data! .." I got them to phone companies where are asked minim fee on returned data-£ 300 to £ 1000 !! It was horrible .
The guys from the PC Magicians return information back and replaced the hard drive, to the better Version in the short term and for the normal payment. It was the best surprise in UK for last 10 years.....

Hey man all im saying is that if you need your pc fixed, theres no better place to go. Wonderful people and great service. Ive come here for the past 5 years after having numerous issues with my own pc and theyve managed to fix it each time.
