Sent my laptop in with battery problems, turns out it was something a lot more complicated than that. The really friendly team tried really hard to fix it, over multiple weeks, trying everything and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Unfortunately my laptop was behind repair, but the team did not charge as they were unable to repair. Very good service and would definitely use again!
