Great therapy! Called up and explained I had a pain in my lower back, got a call back from Paul within a few minutes asking a few more details. I booked in for the next day and had a deep sport massage and some manipulations. They were able to pinpoint the cause of my issue and I left with a treatment plan with lots of helpful stretches that I have been doing daily. I have booked in again for another 2 sessions as it really really helped! Lots of thanks to Paul and his team!

I attended the Ampthill branch following a fractured wrist which had required plate & screws surgery. Initially my range of movement was very limited. Adam helped with deep tissue massage & an exercise plan. The results have been amazing & my wrist is almost back to normal function after 2 months. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic sports massage - dug in deep to really get to those tight knots. I’m not going to lie - it hurt like hell at the time (although they did offer to stop if it was too much however I told them to push through!). The feeling and relief after though was immense! I’ll definitely be back.
