Do not go to this guy he is a scammer please go somewhere else all these fake reviews hodge hill repairs took a pc didn’t touch it at all wasn’t fixed the man said to my son if it don’t work when you leave that’s on you so he tried it before he left of course it didn’t work the guy was saying I don’t know what’s happened and tried to charge him £80 please this was not a shop but a house and a scammer they won’t fix anything and take your money… be warned..

I am a small business owner who unfortunately crashed a desktop PC! This was an absolute disaster for our small company because we rely heavily on our computer! However we received a very quick and professional service from PC Guru and they went above and beyond by exceeding all our expectations! Extremely knowledgeable, Professional, diligent, very reasonably priced and very accommodating ! We even got a site visit at no extra cost, even though this service is normally extra! Was trying to buy a CPU fan. I was told they had liquid and air coolers in stock. Got told to go to a random flat (not the address on google) when I got there the guy had 3 empty liquid cooler boxes and said I could get them next day. Absolute p*as take

Absolutely shocking customer service called about 4 time and he hung up on me as am explaining the problem with my laptop never talked to someone so rude WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKE YOUR PC ELSEWHERE!

My computer had issue cashing repeatedly but I didn't what was the problem. I tried everything but no success. The staff managed to find the issue straight away and replace the motherboard. They've been very responsive and very patient. 10 out 10 👌
