New Laptop Purchased & 3 Hard drive data recovery & deletion.

I had 3 laptops and one laptop I could not get started. I took them into PC Repair and Ian was brilliant from the time I walked in. He was very polite, professional, honest, & explained exactly what he could do to retrieve the data. Because all 3 were old I decided to purchase a new one, and Ian transferred all 3 laptop data on to my new laptop. He set it up, and when I returned to collect it, he explained how it all worked. The cost was very reasonable for all the worked involved and the service was so efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend PC repair and will use them again.

They repaired the old laptop reinstalled windows for me and managed to recover all my data. Amazing job.

Ian and the team helped my Mother with a fraud issue she had. The scammers gained access to her online banking. Her bank advised us to have all of her devices checked for viruses etc that might allow the scammers to gain access again.

Within a day, Ian had secured all of her devices, cleaned the laptop and even upgraded it to the new operating system! The team went above and beyond in every possible way. They explained everything clearly and were very patient and understanding with Mum.

PC Repair House was speedy and extremely high quality with their service. They offered a great deal for my computer screen which had been broken due to closing the lid down on my phone. My computer is back to being fully functional and I could not be more grateful. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly and I couldn't recommend them more.

The repairs were done within the same working week, when other quotes I had spanned from 10 days to over a month (for the same price). Asked Ian to build me a gaming computer for around 1k. He suggested a build which I accepted. I later found a slightly lower spec model at a higher price from an online retailer. PC has performed perfectly since collection. Excellent value and service.
