I first contacted PCW for a quote, but unfortunately they did not do a one off service, however Johnny Jones left me a piece of advise which he didn’t need to and just happened to fix my problem. Just that piece of advice just saved me an unexpected repair bill and a few hours of my time. So the least I could do is put this review up!

I have nothing but praise for PCW Solutions. When my old laptop crashed recently, Ben and Amey could not have been more helpful at diagnosing the problem, giving me advice on a replacement laptop, transferring my files onto the new machine and then sorting out remotely various teething problems.
