We had our bathroom fully refurbished from Pegasus, we couldn't be happier with the results! Visiting the showroom and being helped with getting the results we wanted. The quality of the work is outstanding, and it has completely transformed the space. What really stood out to us was the customer service. Jamie & his team was fantastic throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Even over a year later, we had a very small issue, Jamie came out to help us without hesitation. It's rare to find such dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Pegusus to anyone looking to refurbish their bathroom!

We also had a boiler fitted during the refurbishment, and the service for that was fantastic too.

Pegasus Plumbing & Gas Ltd recently fitted a brand-new boiler for me and my family after we were lucky enough to win their social media competition, and they were absolutely fantastic. From the moment we found out we’d won to the final installation, the whole process was seamless. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left our home spotless when they were done.

The team was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything step by step so we felt completely confident in what was happening. It was clear they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering the best possible service.

Pegasus have just completed our bathroom installation and fitted a new hot water cylinder. We are really pleased with everything. Everyone we have dealt with from design to completion, electricians, tiler, plumbers etc have been great. Very tidy and professional... all really polite and friendly. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Can't thank Emily enough for the great job she did sourcing most of the items for our unplanned bathroom refit. With extremely competitive prices we ended up with better quality items than we would have. All I had to do was email Emily the pieces I wanted and she found them quickly.
There is a surprisingly large tile selection at the shop in Accrington and the tiles we chose worked out perfectly - particularly thanks to some advice from Jamie.
Can't recommend these guys enough and I'm always happier to use a small local business.
