Sarah has been an expert, knowledgeable, and very courteous, altered Paul Smith suit trouser which came in free-size, too loose on me. Altered trouser looks as if tailored on me, so perfect and looks great. Excellent service.

I live in Germany but was getting married in the Uk I contacted Perfect fit the day I bought my dress. They were great, they booked me in the next day to make sure they saw me before flying back home. Perfect fit took may dress to make the alterations.

Then the dreaded happened, covid hit and the world shut down.
Perfect fit looked after my dress for nearly two years. Keeping it safe and clean, they wee great at keeping in contact once everything started to reopen.

It was impossible for me to fly back to the UK in the normal dress fitting time scale.
Perfect fit opened the shop on their day off to make sure my dress fitted. Some alterations were need. They worked hard and fast to complete the alterations and I had my dress back to me in a record about of time.

I could not have asked for a better service. They went above and beyond to make sure I could have my perfect day after such a rubbish two years!

I had a dress altered here and the customer service from the ladies who I dealt with Sara & Vic was just brilliant! Very reliable, professional, the work they did was great and I was really happy, I would highly recommend and I will be using again in the future. I visited throughout May, June and July for alterations to a bridal jumpsuit. Do not go to this shop and expect the nicest location, in the fanciest town. But do go and expect the best customer service, the greatest care and attention to your garments and a highly professional service. I largely dealt with the owner, Sara, and in the beginning her daughter Noami. Both were amazing. I went from just asking for alterations to be made to asking them for further advice about how to customise my "off the peg" outfit. I ended up with a totally bespoke piece that was uniquely me and I loved it. With regard to comments about paying twice for the same alterations this isn't true! I noticed some loose material on one of my items when I got it home. It wasn't due to the work of the shop but the material of my item that had been cut out. I returned to the shop and it was sorted. No questions asked! Not a loose thread in sight.

My husband took his wedding suit and has also taken other garments.

After being badly let down by another seamstress I wouldn't trust anyone else to do anything. I also know that Sara and her team do bridal alterations for customers from the bigger bridal shops around- a huge testament to their skill!

I put my trust in the shop and it paid off 100%. I cannot express how much Sara cared about getting my outfit right- we built a true bond. I have since recommended the shop and will go back. It truly is, as I have said before, a diamond in the rough ran by salt of the Earth people! X

Can’t thank them enough for sorting out my daughters bridesmaid dress for her sisters wedding. Had the dress 6 months, 2 weeks before the wedding she tried it on and it was too small! The most above and beyond service I’ve ever had. Had my wedding dress altered in less than 2 weeks before my big day, they made sure it was perfect for me before leaving and made alerations again when needed as I changed size. Honestly couldn’t recommend perfect fit more. Best place to go for alterations.

My wedding dress has been in this shop since late 2019/ early 2020 and the lady who I dealt with from the get-go is called Charlie and she was so lovely.
I got a call early this year to ask if I would still like them to hold it as due to covid my wedding had been postponed.
I then booked my wedding in 8 weeks and Charlie managed to book me in for 4 appointments in the short amount of time. 100% recommend for dress alterations!
