What a pleasant experience!

Id had my mower less than 2 months when the wheels started to face in opposite directions. I tried resolving it myself and the vendor sent new bushings but they kept breaking off. Something obviously wasn't right.

Pete picked the mower up, dealt with the Company I bought it from on my behalf, ordered the new parts, fitted them, Imroved them and finally made some metal bushings instead of the plastic ones which often break. He did all this and delivered it back to me in a week.
