I locked myself out of my iPhone, I called Apple support but the update using a friend's computer didn't work. Phoenix Computers were really helpful. 40 minutes later, I'm back in. Thank you for the friendly and professional service Phoenix!

Took my iPad in to see how much it would be to have water damage fixed. Spoke to Shaun who said he’s have a look and let me know how much. He quoted £217, other companies in the area have quoted a lot less. When I tried to pick it up to go elsewhere, he told me it would be £29 for having a look, he Didn’t once make me aware that it would cost me for this. Appalling customer service. Would not recommend at all!!!

They rebuilt my Tower PC which now performs at high spec on all levels especially the graphics & processor performance. Pheonix Computers is a brilliant bespoke local business.

I've used phoenix several times over the years and they have always been knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. In fact the PC on which I am typing this was resurrected and enhanced by them after it had "crashed and burned" (metaphorically speaking!) I expect the move from the old Castle place Market to a shop near the centre of town represents a step up in their services and their capacity to help. Always worth a call if you have any kind of PC trouble.

Took my lads PC in for a new cooling fan, Liam had changed and up and running again in less than 20 minutes and very reasonably priced too, would definitely recommend and be going back if I ever need anything else sorting

Last Monday I took my laptop in for a charging port repair, Liam in the shop dealt with me, he was very polite and professional and said he would have it back to me within a day at the latest.

He regularly kept in touch with me and let me know once he had diagnosed the issue and how much the repair was going to cost, should I wish to go ahead, and by the following day it was fully fixed and ready to collect.

Great service from Liam, would highly recommend Phoenix to anyone.

Awful customer service. I took my laptop here after it fell off something and the screen smashed. They replaced the screen but very badly. The screen was coming away from the lid of the laptop with various consequences. I returned it and they replaced it, apparently, with yet another screen.
This was even worse. Long story, but both myself and my partner went in to Pheonix computers to ask for a resolution, and after the second replacement he refused to help. I could show him how the screen was not attached, but he said there was no issue with it and would not replace again or give me a refund for the bad work he had done. When he attempted to show my partner how the screen was attached, he was yanking at it until his colleague came over and reminded him it had screws that needed removing first (this was after the guy told my partner he had replaced thousands of these screens).
When I went in myself, he became aggressive and rude, very dismissive and his colleague was laughing at me. This was pretty intimidating as a woman on my own. After this, I knew he was not going to help.
I consulted another computer repair person, who said my laptop is very unusual and the screen should not be replaced, but the whole lid. Long story again, but the upshot was that the man at Phoenix had broken my laptop.
I emailed him twice asking for a resolution - no response. So, I went to my credit card company and they investigated and refunded me. They will now claim the money back from him. Thank goodness I used a credit card!
i have now had the laptop fixed by Currys, who people confirmed that the new screen had been broken when it was fitted.
These things happen, but it's the response from a professional that matters.
Do not use this man. He is unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and not as skilled as he thinks. Look at other reviews in different places - it's not a new thing with this guy. He is known for it.
I have no doubt he will now reply with some rant about me breaking it myself, which is what he accused me of. He has an answer for everything - don't believe it. I am just an ordinary woman from Trowbridge, and this has been an absolute pain. It's taken months to sort out, with a laptop that I couldn't use properly and a whole lot of wasted time. Nothing but a stress to me!
Such a shame some people cannot admit when they have made a mistake and rectify it properly with respect and professionalism!
Note, I gave one star because there's no option for zero.
