Had a problem with my screen protector not wanting to come off he offered to do it for free but then realised it would take a bit longer than he first thought. He had to use some tools to slowly pick away at it. He gave me a quote for how much it was gonna cost (which was alot lower than what he should of offered) then he told me to come back in 2 hours, I came back and he told me this is gonna take slightly longer, as he wanted to be very cautious when removing it and not damage the screen underneath. I came back the next day he kept the same quote as that is what we agreed on and there were no visible scratches left behind. Would recommend if you want a quality service done, may not have been the fastest service but definitely would rather have quality over speed.

These guys are good and honest. My phone could not charge well. They checked it and it charged well, upon my return, they were honest enough to tell me that nothing was done. I would patronize them over and over again.

Popped in today and got the glass replaced on the back of my s21 Ultra. The guy there was really helpful and fixed it all in 20 minutes. Really happy with the service and price.

Sam is great and so helpful! He’s fixed about 4 of our phones and sold us two. I had totally given up on one of the phones but he managed to bring it back to life. Reasonably priced and always friendly and helpful - thank you!

Very speedy repairs, and nice staff. BUT the screen that I had replaced because it was smashed; is saturated in colour (screen calibration won't fix it) and the screen will occasionally become unresponsive - or at least not respond how you would expect.

The scroll sometimes studders. Maps zooms out rather than scrolls. Often unable to close apps because the home button fails. Very disappointed.

I have to reset my phone 3 times a week to get the screen to respond how I want it too.
