It is the first time that I have had to choose and use a company to do a repair for me.
This shop was open on a Sunday, which was good for me.
The colleague in the shop was very helpful and explained what he would try to do with my IPad, that wouldn’t charge👍
I didn’t have my IPad with me today, as I was only enquiring today, to see what I thought of them, then would go on my gut feeling.

I was very pleased and confident with their approach and understanding of my problem, so I would come back in on Monday.

I met another colleague on Monday, I presumed he was the owner.
He was great too😀
It was a bit of a minefield, to know what was exactly wrong with it, but he said he would look at the charging port first, so I left it with him, to await a call for when it was repaired.

Well, just after dinner time he called me up to say it was all done and working fine and was charging again👌😀

I was extremely pleased with their approach, honesty and speed of repair, same day!!👌😀nice one.

I would recommend to bring your products here for repair.

I’m absolutely over the moon with how magical the phone doctor turned a phone I thought belonged in the bin to almost brand new phone! He’s a real magical phone doctor! Please don’t throw away any broken phones until you visit him! He’s at Havelock Sq. You will not be disappointed. I’m a very happy customer today. Saved a lot of money 💴 too!

had my phone sorted out today Saturday 15 3 05 I would recommend this shop done a excellent job very helpful & polite Done the job while I waited only charged me £20. he sorted out all the apps not needed expanded what apps to use I will send my friends & family to them 5star service thanks for the a great job 😀 👍

Such a fantastic service for screen replacement on an iPhone. Dropped off did my bits in town went back and all done. Screen is working perfectly, also sells accessories so got new screen protector and case which he also put on for us.

Phone experienced water damage in the charging port so wasn't charging properly, man in the store was so lovely and reassuring, quoted me a price and asked me to come back in 1hr.
