Shah was very helpful and managed to fix my phone. He did take longer than expected but that is to be expected occasionally. He did decrease the cost of the fix as a way to compensate for this, which was very kind and generous of him. Overall, a really positive experience and would recommend to anyone needing help with their phone. Cost of fix was also reasonable, even without discount. 🙂
