Took my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 for battery replacement and outer screen change. The customer service was very warm and professional. I had a feeling that my phone was in good hands. Went back next day and the phone was repaired as promised. After investigating the screen issue they had found out that the issue was somewhere else and it didn't have to be replaced. That alone saved me a lot of money! 10/10

Terrible shop and service. My otherwise perfect phone's screen had a few cracks and had to be replaced. I gave my phone to this shop and when he returned the phone, the speaker was not working. On the next day itself, a dot appeared on the side of the screen inspite of handling the phone with utmost care. He then replaced the speaker with some fake speaker that was not loud enough and said that the dot was nothing to worry about. 3 days after this, the phone screen got damaged exactly where the dot had appeared and now I have a screen that has gone blank on the lower half and flashes disturbing lights. Ever since this happened, my phone gets untouchably hot within minutes of charging. Now the shopkeeper says that the dot is the origin of the damage. It is just a helpless customer's word against a fraudulent money minting shopkeeper's word. I had a very good perfectly functioning phone with a few cracks on the screen and now I am left with hot brick that is good to go in the bin.

ps: I would not have given even 1 star if it were possible to write a review without giving a single star. This place deserves a "-1" star.
