Muhammed is a genuine business owner. He takes care of you for a fantastic price and goes above and beyond to make sure your phones sorted. After I cracked my screen a bit of the inside of my phone was damaged. But he said it would be fine and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. He knows how to do customer service.

Phone Fix has got to be the technology service in Leeds. They provide honest and efficient service. I visited for the first time with my friend yesterday and we received excellent customer service. I only came to sell my phone however I purchased a screen protector which was then fitted onto my phone for me. Alongside my IPad which I ended up purchasing, he also fitted that on. They’ve got great prices on their stock, great value for money.

I'm so grateful to Phone fix Leeds for repairing my phone so fast, for a good price and with excellent service.
They went out of their way to get a screen replacement for my phone on the same day I brough my phone in, even though they didn't have one in the shop at the moment. They were in constant contact with me to tell me what was going on and they were so kind.

I was in Leeds city centre looking for a screen protector and case for a new iPhone. I visited a few other shops before popping into Phone Fix Leeds. They had the type and model I was looking for at a fair price, which was lower than other stores that I’d tried. I wondered whether the case would be a good fit, as it wasn’t branded. To my delight the case and screen protector fitted my new phone perfectly. I don’t regularly review places, but am very happy with my purchase, so would highly recommend this place.
