Got my cracked phone screen replaced quickly. Staff are very friendly and give you a free screen protector
EDIT:
Entire screen just fell off my phone. My phone case was probably the only thing holding my screen in place for the past month. Another repair shop in wakefield said that phone geeks installed a 'copy screen' onto my phone instead of an original from Samsung. These copy screens tend to get damaged and break easily.

Don't let the reviews fool you like I did. My previous 5 star review was because they pressure you to give a 5 star review before they hand you your phone back.

Edit 2:
Phone geeks comment is a lie. The repair was not free of charge, I paid £55. They did not offer me a drink or chat. I did not get a business card. The man used my phone to go into Google maps, found the review page and selected 5 stars himself.
