We went this shop today to collect my friend's new iPhone. Always more helpful. He spent over an hour switching her data and files from her old phone and told us to come back if there were any issues at all!
In fact, everyone who works there seems super helpful. Meet the man we ordered the phone with a few days before was also so helpful and patient.
I will always recommend him and all my family friend to come here if any problems with devices.

Visited with a brand new smart phone which couldn’t be returned to the retailer. After a really positive experience with the person meet and guide prices clearly provided I was left with every confidence my device was in good hands. He did the good repair achieved faster than expected and my watch now operates good as new!
Will return if I have any other gadget queries - im glad I wondered into this shop.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this phone shop. After spending over £500 on what was promised to be genuine Apple-quality iPhone screen replacements, I encountered numerous issues that have left me both frustrated and dissatisfied.

Upon receiving my phone after the first repair, I noticed a persistent black circle mark on the screen. Additionally, the device would randomly turn off and often failed to connect properly. The bottom right-hand corner of the screen also fails to work.

When I returned to the shop to address these issues, the staff insinuated that I must have dropped the phone again, which was not the case. They were dismissive of my concerns and offered no satisfactory solution because the exact same thing has happened with the replacement screen they gave me at another extortionate cost.

Despite assurances that the high cost was due to the use of genuine Apple parts, the persistent issues and physical defects suggest otherwise. It appears that the screens used may be second-hand or counterfeit, leading to ongoing problems and a significant waste of money.

Beware of this place. I was promised a genuine iPhone screen replacement, but instead, they installed a low-quality replica while charging me the full price for an original. This is dishonest and unacceptable. I’m baffled by their 4.8 rating, as I strongly suspect many of the reviews are not genuine. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very good place to visit and found cheaper price with good quality products . Although you may go for something specific and they may not have it but as for quality it's first class. Never have been disappointed when being there. Staff are very friendly, helpful and very polite.

I lost my phone in the train I didn’t know what to do, i was walkìng to the town then i saw them ask for help for help, they were very friendly, kind, honest and respect customers, they helped me with their phone to call my bank to cancel my bank cards
And so bought a phone from them and helped with my data backup .
Also give decent price phone case and protection
I was very happy, I recommend that shop to the whole town.
