The thought of a teenager being with out a phone is alway a daunting experience these days, it’s used for every thing so when it just stops working. You just get that bewildered look from them that you have to sort it out. Luckily it so convenient to have this shop just on the high street. Phone repair experts where very helpful and efficient, and gave a well priced quote upon arrival, and where quick at repairing the smashed screen and back glass on my phone, and provided me with a case and screen protector to stop it getting damaged again in future. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are locally looking for a good device repair, and will be using in future if I ever need another device repairing!

Incredible staff on Saturday . I was very stressed because my old phone had shut down again , after taking to a different shop the day before who are closed at the weekend . The friendly helpful team diffused the situation and I bought another phone for piece of mind , together with accessories and they transferred everything over from my old phone . After our grandson managed to crack the screen of his mobile we searched for a repairer that was nearby and had great feedback. On entering Phone Repair Experts at Molesey we were welcomed warmly by Harry and within a few minutes we knew that we were talking to a very enthusiastic and talented technology expert. We requested a screen replacement but Harry quickly discovered that the USB socket had also been damaged. Without a hint of a hard-sell he explained that it was not economically viable to repair it but he recommended buying a Samsung mobile which was on offer at a very good price. Our decision to purchase was a no-brainer and he also gave us a discount on a screen protector and case which are excellent quality and saved a lot of effort searching for them online.

We left the mobiles with him for an hour and returned to collect the new mobile which was fully charged and all the data had been transferred to it from the broken phone, all free of charge. Harry has great technical expertise and a lovely personality and is 100% trustworthy. Bye bye Amazon and eBay - it’s Phone Repair Experts for us for all future IT advice and purchases. It’s amazing to have technical experts staffing the shop rather than the usual box-shifters who often know less than we do.
