This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star, the owner is very intimidating as the previous posts say he’s a screamer! Charged £20 because he spent 2mins opening the phone after having me wait for 30mins for him to open up.

Absolutely a joke this shop told me 75 pound on the phone and then told me 80 is the price we agreed which we never then tried to charge me more money for something else the man was rude never going in the shop again he makes prices up as he goes a long stay away

Absolutely disappointed! I went there to get a phone case and Camera protector only and then they said “Bro you might aswel get the privacy screen” when they done everything and asked them how much? He goes £65. I went to another phone shop that was on the area they said they ripped you off, it shouldn’t go more than £25-£30.

All they’ll said is “Your reviewing the wrong page”.
How can a shop owner be that evil?

Spent 30 minutes, then on our return he had done nothing, then claimed some additional component needing replacing on top of the original repair which he hadn't even started, lo and behold took to another repair place and this mystery component was not required at all, avoid this place.

Do not used this shop he's well overpriced also the work he carry out is absolutely horrifying cudnt even fix a phone screen was hanging out 1 day after repair upon return he refused to fix it and would offer any other solutions stay well clear

I broke my phone and i really needed my data, after being rejected from 2 other mobile shops i got recommended to rhis place.
Went in there, they booked my phone in and asked to allow them a day to complete the job however 4 hours later they rang me and said your data has been transfered to another device that i had purchased earlier.
Very polite and helpful. They hold a massive range of products and they charged me a very reasonable price too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a phone repair or data problems or even any general products. They are goooooooood!!!!!!

I used them 4 years ago as round corner, the owner takes advantage at every opportunity, I wanted office 365, for college work, I already had office suite installed which he could see on my laptop, he wanted £100 and said it would take the weekend.
I took laptop home and found I could buy it from Microsoft for £45 and download in minutes. He knew I had assignments to do that weekend.
I had been warned about him by a nearby shop wish I had listened. Unscrupulous
He charged £25 for 16gb memory card. I noticed all reviews are recent he's been there 5 years funny so few reviews .

Recently had the screen replaced here and not the greatest experience. I initially inquired over the phone stating clearly that I was asking about an AMOLED screen replacement for a 6 year old Note 9- I did not ask for a glass repair, I asked for a full replacement.

I was quoted £145 which is reasonable and agreed. Brought the phone in. Immediately he mentions that there 'might be a problem with the LCD' for those who don't know, AMOLED and LCD are completely different display technologies. I already knew and stated on the phone that I needed the AMOLED screen fully replaced.

After 2 days, he informs me that there is definitely a problem with the LCD (Despite there not being an LCD component to AMOLED displays- not certain if this was deliberate or due to a lack of knowledge) and that I am going to need to pay extra to replace the screen (This is what I initially asked for and what he initially quoted for, he claims now he was quoting for a glass repair).

Initially he asked for more than double the initially quoted price (£380) but eventually agreed to "only" charge me double the the initial price (£280).

I would not recommend this place to anyone else. The work was eventually carried out to a decent standard, but you can get it done cheaper and more honestly elsewhere.

Edit: Additionally, the S-Pen is missing (I should have removed it along with the SIM before handing it over) and the fingerprint sensor no longer works.
