Terrible service. Slow to do repair on headphones. Did the repair using a rubbish quality cable that was white.... for a black set of headphones! I asked them to change it and do it again, so they replaced it with a really horrible, stiff cable that doesn't even match in appearance again! So I gave up, paid them, and now stuck with headphones I don't use anymore. I need to take them elsewhere for a proper repair when I can afford to.

Had my battery changed in August, as it was expanding, went Monday because it happened again, to be told it’s not under warranty so they would replace at a discount as I could be water damage (which is my fault) so instead of it being £45 it would be £35, took it to another place to be told not only has the expansion happened, the screen has been cracked, no water damage and they have completely wrecked my phone because I have no battery life recognised, completely messed my phone up and had to pay someone else to fix their undoing, so angry, I will be taking this further

Great store took my phoen to b fixed had a few hiccups hence the four n not the five but overall rlly good the boss is amazing n will always find a solution to a problem cudnt recommend enough gave me a washing pack to get the excess glue of the sides after it had dry my friend got his iPhone fixed here n had 0 problems n was a happy customer

My Samsung Flip Z 3 decided to stop working after two years and I went to these guys who I've been to previously. Within 24hours they had received the part they needed and they were able to fix the problem. They were very quick, efficient and professional. My phone is in excellent condition now. I took my 11 pro max in for a screen repair as I shattered the screen. Once it was fixed, I noticed how poor the quality of my screen was, it had a blue tint to it, as well as that it would freeze every hour or so. The screw in the bottom had also been stripped and was left sticking out the phone. (It’s only 8 months old and brand new out the box and was blamed on dropping it even tho there was a thick case on it). I messaged, and took it back in to get sorted out. To which the gent replaced the screen and it did stop freezing, and the screens colour was improved. It’s been just over a month and the screen has now started to pop out of the actual body of the phone. The biggest waste of over £220 ever. The communication was good, but after already coming back to sort previous issues out. There’s no way I’ll take my phone back when it gets damaged more and more each time I have returned. Especially when it’s such an expensive phone. Absolutely furious.

So unhappy. I went in to fix my screen. Simple enough. Was going backwards and forwards for weeks because my battery was loose. Not charging. Case kept coming off. Months and months later my phone case is still loose. I had my phone 2 years before I went for a simple screen repair and now it struggles to charge still and case is still loose. I wont go back again.
