Useto be a great shop to go to whenever I got a new phone to get a screen protector and a case however today after a week I saw a small crack on the side. My phone is always in a safe pocket where nothing is in it and my trousers is tough chinos anyways the way I was spoken to wasn’t great service. The guy spoke to me like I was some criminal and I was laughing remember it’s Ramadan why would I lie. So he replaced it for free then rudely told me to bin the broken screen and the stuff he used to put it on said he would charge me next time. I have brought screen protectors that have lasted more than 3 years and I won’t be coming to this shop again

Zaki was the person who helped me- my iPhone 4s is quite old and it wouldn't charge so I took it to get it fixed and the problem was the battery in the phone. I left it with him for 3-4 days and the returned to check it was now working. He managed to replace the battery but told me that there is fault with the phone so advised me to buy a new one. The phone is still working well though like how it was before. Their service was very good and he explained everything very well. Thanks

Really pleased I chose Phone Fix in Balham to replace my iPhone screen. A little more expensive than other places I had asked but there was a complete guarantee I would be happy with the functionality of my phone after the repair. I paid at the end after checking it was all good. Worked like a brand new phone. They put a new glass screen cover on for free, and chucked in 2 SIM cards for £1 so I could compare plans. All the guys are really nice, and Zak who served me was super helpful. Great to know there’s a trustworthy business out there with great customer service! Good luck with the store, any more phone issues and I’ll be back!

Have used this place many times over the years and the staff have always been super helpful and friendly. I recently took my watch in to have links removed and Zak did a great job. I asked for to many links to be removed so popped in next day to have one put back, when offering to pay for my error Zak refused payment.!! Great customer service.
