I visited today to have a phone screen (iPhone 11) repaired, and the guy in the shop was really knowledgeable and helpful. He even helped me set up my new phone, which was - I felt - really above and beyond. Whilst I was in the shop, he was working on another customer's phone (in for a screen repair) and I was really impressed as he mentioned that the repair had not fixed the problem so he was going to fit another replacement screen just to make sure it wasn't a problem with the first screen he had tried. Great service, thanks!

Great service today, thank you. I thought my phone had packed up this morning and needed it for work today. Walked in and asked if they could sell me a new one (which they could) but they diagnosed the screen could be replaced for less. Left it with them for an hour and the screen was replaced, helped me reset the fingerprint sensor and it all works fine again. Top friendly service and got me going again. Highly recommend service. Thanks.

Terrible experience. After I raised concerns about the charger I purchased not being able to charge my laptop as promised, the owner refused a refund, insisting the charger was ‘in good working order.’ Instead of addressing the issue, he took the extreme step of contacting my phone provider to mark my phone/number as lost, effectively blocking all service—a clear violation of confidentiality and data privacy. Please know as advise, I have reported you to the Action Fraud.

It’s also apparent that many of the positive reviews are questionable. Take a look at his defensive, dismissive responses to negative feedback over the past decade. This is the kind of unprofessional behavior you can expect if you raise a legitimate complaint. Consider this your warning.

You sold me a charger that does not work on my watch, and you don't want to refund that is bad business, and for 29 quid, it will cost me in petrol 20 quid to come back twice. I have already lost, and your reason is that i borrowed the charger for a couple of hours for 29 quid your a funny guy listen take the money feed your belly with it fact is you do bad business simple bye.

You should be wary of the products sold here. Simply put, I bought three phone chargers, and none of them worked. Unbelievable, they refused to give a refund when requested.

The worst place to get repairs, nothing worked after and no refund given! Most horrible experience in my life working with that man. Please take the sign and go some where else, there’s a better shop by the market place, best service there.
