Took in an iPad with a crushed screen and it was fixed for the same price that online companies were charging. Well worth the money as I had it back within 4 hours, didn't have to pay to send it off and when I collected it they put a screen protector on. Always best to try and get things repaired than buy new, less waste and supports local businesses. Great customer service, really polite and friendly! Would definitely recommend!! Thanks 😊

Really wonderful service, I had multiple repairs needed and they completed them all to a high standard and very quickly. They also provided a free screen protector and the cost was very good for the repairs I needed done. Would highly reccomend.

This morning, I contacted PhonoFix about my iPhone 14 Pro after accidentally dropping it and damaging two of the camera lenses. Although the cameras still worked, the cracks were obstructing the view. They initially estimated the repair cost to be between £100 and £140 and offered to inspect the phone to determine the actual extent of the damage.

An hour later, I returned to find out it was only the external casing that needed replacing, and the cameras were perfectly fine. They only charged me 10% of the original estimate. I really appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and helpful service—especially when they could have easily overcharged me. Thank you so much!

This store are so helpful, know their stuff and go out of their way for you. My daughter started to feel unwell while we were in the shop....the gentleman brought her a chair to rest and a bottle of water. Fantastic workmanship. Thoroughly recommend 😀
