Sent my pride and joy Nikon D500 and Nikkor lens to PJ via my local London camera exchange store and they told you what the fault was and that it is intermittent so it doesn't happen every time they are used . All you came back with was we've tried the camera with different lenses and your lense with different camera bodies and we can't find anything wrong with either and they are both are their way back . Funny that when they were both sent to to Nikon they found out the problem and are fixing it for me .

Just had my precious Minolta X-700 returned to me after a simple fix from PJ Camera Repairs. Brilliant service- quick response to my online enquiry, and then a two day turnaround from receiving my camera to getting it back to me. Have just picked up a pair of binoculars that they have serviced for me. This was an old pair that I inherited from my dad when he passed away 30 years ago and mean a lot to me. Lovely company to deal with. Showed me photos and explained fully what was inside and what he had done. Rapid turnaround, only dropped them in at the end of last week. Tried them out as soon as I got home and they have been transformed. Well worth the cost of repair. I almost wish I'd got some more optical equipment for them to work on.

I have used this company for at least 18 years - earlier when it was called Hitech Camera repairs, but same place, same service. One partner retired therefore the name change. THEY KNOW EVERYTHING. And if they don't they will warn you and give it a try. from scanners to binoculars to film cameras and digital cameras. The repaired a Contax T3 for me - the film winder, that nobody else apart from one company in the USA would touch. Brilliant job and I sold it for a mint. Honest company with honest prices. I happen to know, as an ex-pro photographer, that Nikon and Canon used or still uses them and many camera shops that pretend to do repairs. Go nowhere else.
