My car came into this body shop for repairs and I will say I am over the moon with the repairs , from start to finish there was always regular updates on the vehicle and staff were amazing to deal with (Debbie and Stefan) and a big shout out to the drivers for delivering the car back, the car came back absolutely immaculate and clean which I was very impressed with and also an amazing touch with the sweets they leave, I will 100% use this place again.

My husband went today for a quotation for a respray, the lady dismissed him and spoke to him as if he was a nobody. PJ Rhodes, look into who you've hired in reception. She needs brushing up on customer services skills

Absolutely rubbish. Did an insurance based repair for me. Rear end collision. When the vehicle was returned, there was misalignment of the boot lid. Took pictures and requested realignment. Was told that the boot was never removed and the misalignment was a common manufacturers fault. Wasted time going back and forth to third party insurance to try and resolve, independent technician advised boot lid had not been replaced correctly, eventually went to different garage via insurance who sorted the issue. Definitely would not recommend, especially as technicians at Rhodes argued till they were blue that a blatant problem was a production fault.
