Went in to see Adam about an issue I’d got with my phone and he sorted it straight away . I’d also bought a screen protector previously and a case which was great as I’d dropped it a few times and thanks to his recommendation it didn’t crack my screen . But I had a small bubble which he also sorted . He’s a great guy very helpful and friendly. I’ve recommended him to a few of my friends

I have to say my review is only left due to the experience we had with the tech repair guru that is Matthew Naylor! He led me through the different products both aftermarket and genuine, the different warranty’s they offered and the actual causes for my broken phone, an LED bleed if I remember correctly. Phone was fixed within the time he specified and got I touch with us promptly for collection. Fast repair, great service and excellent tech guru. Thank you Matthew.

Absolutely amazing service. I'm THE worst with my phone. The staff at pocket geek went above and beyond to fix my phone. They give off good vibes and really do work wonders. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I wouldn't take my phone anywhere else. I travel an hour to them and it's worth it. They have a customer for life in me. Can't thank them enough and appreciate them immensely

I received a call to organise a date and time and was offered a slot on the same day, Unfortunately I couldn't make that day and picked a date and time that suited me most. The Staff were polite and after looking at my phone explained what was needed and what they were going to do and that it would only take 45mins.
We went for a bite and received a call saying the phone was ready to be picked up.
On receiving the phone it was repaired working and looked as good as new. It also had a new battery fitted.
I can absolutely recommend this service. 10/10
