I have received from Pocket Geek, through Lloyds Bank, concerning the repair of my phone screen.

Shortly after having my phone screen fixed, I noticed that it was not properly installed. After only a couple of days, pressing the screen caused it to crack once again. Upon calling Pocket Geek, I was advised by Steve to arrange for the screen to be replaced at a cost of £65. Steve instructed me to call two days before February 26th, when I would have funds available, to ensure the parts were ready.

However, when I called back as instructed, I was told that I would receive a callback, which I never did. After returning from a holiday, I followed up on my inquiry only to discover that due to the delay—caused by Pocket Geek's failure to return my call—I am now unable to have the screen replaced at the originally agreed cost of £65. Instead, I am faced with the option of paying either £100 for a non-Apple part or £360.00 for an Apple replacement.

I find this situation unacceptable, as the issue originated from the improper initial repair and was exacerbated by the lack of communication from your customer services

I had a very bad experience with Pocket Geek Tech Repair in Wolverhampton. I paid £85 to have my HDMI replaced for my PS5, and I was told that there was a 12-month warranty. Unfortunately, the HDMI only lasted two months before it stopped working for no apparent reason.

When I returned to the shop, the manager claimed that I had broken the HDMI and insisted that it was my fault. He then asked me to pay another £85 for a replacement. This is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. The manager's attitude was dismissive, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.

Took my phone here galaxy s23 ultra, with a cracked screen, through monzo max insurance, they replaced the screen within 2 hours, looks like the screen and frame completely replaced as protection film was left on the sides and bottom, which was how I would of done myself had I of been doing the job myself, can't fault it 3 days later.. would definitely recommend this place for insurance repairs thanks alot very happy.

I had an issue with my PS4 not turning on I assumed it was a power issue from me trying to clean it out I must have damage the fine power wires within.

I take my PS4 into the Pocket Geek shop I explain the issue, speak to a man named Alex, friendly guy well spoken good customer service, I also tell him that the machine is quite dirty and will need to be cleaned out and thermal reapplied.

Now I don't know if he didn't hear this or what but the power issue was sorted I get a call a few hours later saying how the issue has been fixed I say ok I'll pick it up tomorrow I do, I pay the £35 fee for them to just to look at it and I take my PS4 home I take it home it turns on but a few hours later my PS4 gets too hot, cannot run any games, cannot do anything, and I'm perplexed because I'm pretty sure I told them that my PS4 neede cleaning.

anyway long story short TLDR I take my PS4 into Pocket Geek Tech Repair, they fix my power issue but they either don't or forget to clean my PS4 so I have to take it to a second repair shop to have it cleaned, this second repair shop does what they say they will only cost 30 quid and they fix it within 45 minutes.

For 20 quid they can fix it within 1-2 working days and ship it back to you for an extra 6 quid, so for 26 quid they will deep clean your machine, re apply thermal paste if necessary and send it back to you.

Whereas Pocket Geek Tech Repair will charge you £35 just to look at the thing kind of ridiculous if you ask me. I don't recommend Pocket Geek Tech Repair and I wouldn't use them again. 2 stars out of 5.
