I took my Kia in with a gear selection problem and they did a great value and thorough job to repair it . Such a friendly and helpful garage. Everyone I spoke to at every stage was brilliant, from dropping me off at the train station in the morning after I dropped my car off to picking me and my son up again later, and even taking the time to show my son the car parts that had been replaced.

Not even 1 star!
I booked my car for an MOT and service a month in advance, and they had plenty of time to inform me if they don’t do servicing for my car. Instead, they waited until the day of the appointment to tell me, wasting my time, money, and an extra journey. I work daily to earn a living, and because of their poor communication, now I will be losing another whole day. I’ll have to take my car to another place, losing even more time.

This level of disorganisation is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!

I have used the garage many times over the years however I took my Aprilla 300cc scooter in for an MOT recently. It was explained to me they were short staffed so I explained that I was in no immediate need for the scooter fully expecting to get a phone call in a couple of days. I had no call from them after 5 days so I chased and was assured that this would be done urgently but I have no collected the scooter 8 days later with some apologies. I can’t believe I had to wait 8 days for the MOT on a scooter that had done less than 50 miles since last year. Very disappointed and would now think twice in recommending or using their services again.

Awful, service. Had a member if staff leave so left my repair for 5 weeks with me having to phone to push for them to do something. took it apart on their recommendation only to not be able to put back together. then sent to their other garage which took another 9 weeks and more chasing from me... I wont be going back here again

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service. Brought my car for an M.O.T and I couldn't be more impressed. Their communication is impeccable. They speak to you before fitting parts not included in the original quote and explain in detail what's gone on. The staff are wonderfully friendly. They are professional and do amazing work. They're honest people and as a female it's very comforting to know I'm being taken care of and not taken advantage of like my previous experiences in other garages. They sent a video showing why they recommended brake disks as well as pads and explained it thoroughly. Couldn't be happier. Thank you! Sarah Smith- parker steel.
