Over the past three years, almost 4 I have been a regular customer of Pratt pods without their help and patience I think I would’ve pulled my hair out many times. They’ve had to deal with many phones children grandchildren have broken them my iPad and my computer
The service I receive is remarkable your greeted with a smile and they give you their individual attention all the times that I’ve gone in with the yet another of my disasters which has been created by myself they make me feel that I’m not a failure if I had to rate them, I would give them higher than 5 out of 5 but it doesn’t allow.

On my last occasion. into the shop which was this week it was Peter that had to do with my biggest disaster. This time his patience was remarkable. I will always be grateful for his kindness and understanding, when I bring in my damaged goods.

Do I recommend there wonderful service? Yes I do, would I say go somewhere else? No Never if these boys can’t sort it out for you I will be very surprised if anyone else could.
Their quality of work is outstanding. I’ve seen that customer comes first, they’re not money grabber they try to give you different alternatives where possible. I witnessed this today in the shop when collecting my iPad.
They are aware that most people do have a budget. They give an outstanding service at a good price

I went in yesterday as my phone got stuck on the apple logo! They tested it but it was definitely dead! Guy went through their second hand phones and I bought one. Great service would highly recommend.

Parts ordered after a review of machine, these arrived within 2-3 days.
Amazingly prompt repair! Ready within 3 hours of dropping machine off.

Great customer service, with High tech skills and knowledge, coupled with friendly care, and clear information from Richard throughout, when they were completing a much needed upgrade to our 10 year old Apple Mac.
Full marks to all the team, who returned to us a much faster Computer, back on time and budget, with no loss at all of any information/data.
Two i Phones had previously been fitted with new batteries by the same team earlier in the year, again with no problems.

I've used Pratts Pods a few times now and the service has been excellent. Very knowledgeable and polite people working there and honest with what can and can't be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their electronic devices repaired or data retrieved from devices.
On the one occasion they could not repair my device I was not charged for the diagnostics, whereas most places will charge you a flat rate just to look at the device.

Top notch service from the Pratts Pods team in Wokingham. They did a great job of replacing the glass in a smashed Motorola G9 Play phone. Communication was great all the way through the process, from request to parts ordering to drop off to collection.
